Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable.

2. No Refund for Unused Services
No partial or full refunds will be issued for services not utilized by the participant, including but not limited to:

• Food & Beverage (F&B) services
• Pre-scheduled meetings
• Conference sessions
• Networking events

3. No Refund for No-Show
Failure to attend the event (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee. No refunds will be provided.

4. Refunds in Case of Organizer Cancellation
Refunds will only be issued if the event is formally canceled by the organizer for business reasons. The maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid. No further claims will be entertained.

5. No Refund for Client Cancellations
If the participant cancels for any reason, no refund will apply.

6. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable Tickets
Tickets are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold.

7. Force Majeure Clause
The organizer shall not be held liable for delay, cancellation, or changes due to factors beyond reasonable control such as:

• Natural disasters
• Acts of God
• War or civil unrest
• Pandemic outbreaks
• Government restrictions
• Power or internet disruptions

The organizer may reschedule or transform the event without refund obligations.

Visitor Agreement

This Visitor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in events organized by World AI X Summit.

1. Purpose

• World AI X Summit organizes tech conferences and experiences including exhibitions and award ceremonies.
• Visitors agree to comply with all terms outlined here.

2. Admission and Access

• Valid tickets are required for entry. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove violators.

3. Code of Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is expected.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptions will not be tolerated.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized recording, distribution, or solicitation
• Possession of dangerous items
• Unruly or disruptive behavior
• Entering restricted areas
• Tampering with property or equipment
• Violation of local laws

Violations may result in removal, confiscation of items, and/or law enforcement involvement.

5. Photography and Media

• By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials by World AI X Summit.

6. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

7. Cancellation and Force Majeure

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Schedule and venue may be changed due to emergencies or business needs.
• Liability is limited to ticket refund in case of full cancellation.

8. No Warranties
Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees.

9. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

• Organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement is governed by Dubai law.
• It is binding to successors, severable, and may be executed electronically.
• No partnership is implied. Amendments must be in writing.
