1. Event Participation

By registering or participating in World AI X Summit, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein and in any specific agreements applicable to your role (e.g., visitor, sponsor, speaker, exhibitor).

2. Payment and Refunds

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual agreements.
• Failure to attend or utilize purchased services does not warrant any refund or credit.
• In the event of event cancellation by the organizer for business reasons, a refund may be issued up to the amount paid. No other compensation will be granted.

3. Intellectual Property and Media Release

World AI X Summit reserves the right to record, photograph, and distribute event content, including speaker sessions and attendee participation, for marketing or archival use. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, name, or statements.

4. Conduct and Behavior

• All participants must behave respectfully toward others, including attendees, staff, speakers, and vendors.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

5. Booths, Speaking Slots, and Promotions

• World AI X Summit reserves the right to allocate or adjust booths, schedules, and promotional features at its discretion.
• No guarantees are made regarding footfall, visibility, lead generation, or promotional outcomes.

6. Use of Logos and Branding

All participants grant World AI X Summit a royalty-free, global license to use submitted logos, names, or promotional materials for event-related marketing. Requests to revoke this license must be submitted in writing.

7. Force Majeure

World AI X Summit is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or technical failures.

8. Liability Waiver

Attendees and participants acknowledge and agree that World AI X Summit and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, including theft, travel disruption, or third-party service failures.

9. Insurance

All exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. World AI X Summit does not provide insurance for booths, equipment, or personnel.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

World AI X Summit will take reasonable steps to safeguard confidential data shared during the event but makes no guarantees. Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manila, Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

12. Amendments

World AI X Summit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and apply immediately upon publication.

By attending, exhibiting, sponsoring, or speaking at World AI X Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
