Speaker Terms and Conditions

RECITALS

A) World AI X Summit organizes events including the World AI X Summit scheduled for 21–22 Nov 2025.
B) The Speaker possesses the qualifications and experience to deliver a valuable presentation.
C) The Speaker agrees to participate in the event, and World AI X Summit engages them accordingly.
D) Both parties are eligible and legally capable to enter into this agreement.

1. TERM

This agreement commences on the Effective Date and ends Nov 21, 2025 unless terminated earlier or extended in writing.

2. SCOPE

2.1 The Speaker will present or join a panel. Details will be provided 14 days prior to the event.
2.2 The Speaker agrees to follow the schedule and time allocation.
2.3 Speaker benefits are outlined in Annexure A and vary by package.

3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Content must be original, non-infringing, and appropriate for the event. Materials must be submitted 15 days in advance. Presentations should be accurate, relevant, and not overly promotional.

4. RECORDING AND DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS

The Speaker grants World AI X Summit the right to record and use session content, name, photo, company info, and biography for promotional purposes without further compensation. Ownership of recordings remains with World AI X Summit.

5. SPEAKER OBLIGATIONS

The Speaker must arrive 60 minutes early, disclose conflicts of interest, share the event publicly, respond promptly to communication, and pay all required fees on time. DTCM approval and documentation must be completed.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

Speaker shall maintain confidentiality of event-related information and not share other attendees’ or sponsor data.

7. CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION

In case of inability to attend, the Speaker must inform World AI X Summit. Substitutions may be accepted with a $250 fee. No-shows without valid cause are in breach of agreement. Expenses are the responsibility of the Speaker.

8. NO GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES

World AI X Summit offers no guarantee of outcomes such as leads or sales. Slot times may change. Marketing figures are estimates only.

9. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Speaker agrees to indemnify World AI X Summit against claims arising from their participation or content. The organizer is not liable for legal violations or damages beyond fees paid.

10. REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS

All speaker fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows. If the event is rescheduled or transformed into a virtual format, it will be considered fulfilled. Force majeure provisions apply.

11. TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND EVENT OPERATIONS

World AI X Summit is not responsible for technical disruptions. The Speaker waives claims related to equipment failures or delays.

12. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with notice. Termination by the Speaker does not warrant a refund. Termination due to inappropriate conduct or noncompliance also results in forfeiture.

13. MARKETING REPRESENTATIONS

Any marketing materials or estimates are illustrative only and not binding. The final deliverables are governed by this agreement and its annexures.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all previous discussions or promotional material.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

• Governing law: Manila, Philippines
• Binding on successors and assigns
• Severability and validity clause
• Electronic execution permitted
• Taxes borne individually

By signing or electronically agreeing, the Speaker acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all terms under World AI X Summit.
